PhotoDay for the Winter/Spring 2011/2012 Season is Feb 11, 2012
Photo packets were available with the Uniforms, each coach should have picked up 1 photo packet and distributed 1 order form to each family.
The game schedules for picture day (and the Thurs and Fri before) are modified to include a picture time also (generally 15 minutes before the game time). Look for the opponent called "PictureDay" and that is your team's picture time, then look for the game time which you'll need to start your game against another team.
The pictures will be taken under the ramada at Centennial (see map the ramada is beyond the restrooms) and at Akimel (likely in the shady area south of the field)
The free picture package will consist of a 5x7 team picture, 4 individuals, a Soccer frame and maybe a picture button
Parents need to fill out the picture order form if they want to order extra pictures. If they only want the free package, then the players just show up. Please encourage your parents to order more, we are getting a smoking deal on the free package and the photographer needs the revenue from the extras to be able to continue to give us such a good deal. (we’ll have extra order forms if they forget).
Make-up Day Pictures
There will be a make-up day on Saturday Mar 31, 9:00 am to 11:30 am for individuals needing a make-up picture. This time should not be generally used for teams, even if there are 1 or 2 players missing on the initial picture day, go ahead and do the team pictures then (its likely that there will be 1 or 2 missing later also). But if the head coach is not able to make it or there are more than 50% of the players not able to make it, then send an email to jimw@ayso1046.org
Once Upon a Time Portraits will be doing the pictures again this year.

The pictures are due to be delivered on March 3, 2012, they will be at Akimel and Centennial. Contact your division coordinator for other locations. Coaches or team parents should pick up the package and 1 "thank you" plaque
