Referees are fundamental to the integrity of the game of soccer. Referees work to keep the game FUN, FAIR, and SAFE.

As an all volunteer organization, AYSO depends on you as a player, parent, or soccer enthusiast to volunteer as a referee so that we can adequately have trained referees at every game.

We at AYSO provide complete training and certification with minimal time commitments. You commit the time to train and then you referee when your schedule allows. You pick the games you referee! We even provide you with your uniform and equipment for free!

Please help provide our children with the benefits of having games refereed by certified and trained referees. We are always short referees as seen by our last season statistics where only 62% of the games were covered by a certified and trained referee.
